ABOUT US
Factory Blinds is a family business owned and operated by Gary and Valerie Streets. The original business was initially established in 1989 as a wholesaler of window furnishing products trading under the name of Home Décor Agencies. By 1998 we had completed the transition from wholesale to direct sell to the public and therefore cutting out the middleman. With the change of trade came the change of name.
Factory Blinds is an independently operated business specialising in blinds, awnings and shade cover. We have our workroom on site with an area of 440 square metres and a showroom area of 175 square metres. We currently employ four permanent and two casual staff.
Our service area is Tasmania, Australia. This is a state-wide service and we will travel as required.

MISSION STATEMENT
• The staff and management of Factory Blinds are to continually upgrade, improve and maintain their levels of customer service, procedures, product ranges and product knowledge so as to be considered by our customers, competitors and peers as to be setting the bench mark standards of our chosen industry.
• The staff and management of Factory Blinds are to be genuine and upfront in all their dealings with their customers and suppliers and maintain the highest level of integrity.
• All products are to be offered at regular everyday prices offering value for money while allowing Factory Blinds to operate at and maintain a level of profit as is required to operate an effective business.
