Domestic Roller Shutters
The Rollashield Residential Series slat is a double walled cavity with PU foam injected during the roll forming process. This process provides economical strength and insulation qualities while maintaining exceptional working performance of the slat.
This is available in a wide range of colours, with profile lines on both sides offering an attractive appearance from both the interior and exterior of the application.

Sentry Fireshield
Ozroll’s Sentry Fireshield is ideal for residential or commercial use, particularly in areas prone to fire hazards, making it the ideal option for BAL 40 rated Fire Shutters. Manufactured to the highest standards with state of the art equipment, the Sentry Fireshield profile is available in a 40mm curved profile. The Sentry Fireshield has superior strength offering increased security and performance.

Storm Shield Roller Shutters
​Since its inception our Residential Slat has consistently proven to be a high quality, robust and well accepted profile so therein provided the perfect solid platform on which to develop the Stormshield profile as an option for a Storm Shutter. The development and introduction of the High Density Foam (HDF) offers remarkable advantages where there is high wind or high risk. The HDF is injected into the slat profile under controlled conditions during the manufacturing roll-forming process.
The Storm Shield is available in both restrained and non restrained options. Our HDF filled profile combined with restrained guides has been tested successfully to meet with cyclone category 3 regulations, while the HDF unrestrained provides an option with standard materials where extra strength and security is required.

Ultra Shield Security Roller Shutters
The Ultra Shield Security Shutter profile is a double walled cavity with PU foam injected during the roll forming process. This profile is available for use on openings up to 50% larger than our standard domestic profiles while maintaining the same level of strength and insulation qualities.

The Ultra Shield is a curved profile which uses a minimal head box size, making it an ideal substitute for garage doors or commercial door applications where room for roll up is
limited. Available in multiple colours, the Ultra Shield has 2 profile lines on the convex side with a smooth finish on the concave.

Motorised
Rollashield insulated roller shutters can be operated by hand or motor. The more common method of operation is the low voltage, 24 volt Ozdrive motor or the 240 volt Somfy motor for larger or more specific requirements.

E-SYSTEM MOTORS
Ozroll Industries provide the E-System of low voltage, battery backed up motors to operate their Rollashield insulated roller shutters. This unique but simple system is not reliant on mains power to operate so in the event of a power outage for whatever reason you can feel assured that you can still raise or lower your shutter as circumstances may require.
There are two Ozdrive motors available for roller shutter operation, the L10 for shutters up to 4.0 square metres in area and the T20 for larger shutters up to 7.7 square metres in area.
Both styles of motors are equipped with re-chargeable batteries that can be easily charged. The battery pack is connected to mains power by a number of different methods to best suit your needs so that the in the event of a mains power failure there is up to 30 days back up.

E-SYSTEM CONTROLLERS
The Ozdrive motors can be operated by way of an individual wall plate per shutter, an E-3 Way controller that allows three shutters to be operated simultaneously with a common wall plate or they can be operated by a hand held remote control. The remote control is available with either one or nine channels allowing for a wide range of configuration of shutters.
E-SOLAR PANEL
The E-Solar panel can be connected to either of the Ozdrive motors for an eco friendly, stand alone system that is independent of mains power.

MAINS POWER MOTORS
Ozroll Industries choose to use Somfy motors for all main power operated motors. Mains power motors are used predominantly for larger, commercial roller shutters , with in home or business networking systems such as C-Bus and those customers who prefer faster and smoother operation that Somfy are renowned for.

Somfy motors are available as wall switch operated or remote control with single or multi- channel options. Mostly used in commercial applications but not limited to that market are the manual override motors with invisible or hidden cardan connections and a crank handle or alternatively the exposed hook and eye crank handle system.
