Your first In-Home consultation is FREE*
Factory Blinds offers one free In-Home Measure and Quote consultation to its customers FREE OF CHARGE within the 63 telephone district of Tasmania. *Subsequent consultations in the customer’s home may incur a consultation and travel fee.
*Customers outside the 63 area code can still receive a FREE OF CHARGE In-Home Measure and Quote consultation but will be required to pay an up-front travel fee for travelling out of area. Subsequent consultations in the customer’s home may also incur a consultation fee and additional travel fees.
PRICES
All prices for Goods and Services offered by Factory Blinds are subject to change at any time without notice.
All prices offered by Factory Blinds are GST inclusive.
QUOTES AND ESTIMATIONS
A quote is calculated on specifics.
An estimation is calculated on non-specifics.
A quote is a firm price and will remain valid for a maximum of 30 days.
An estimation a guess and is subject to change at any time.
Factory Blinds retains the right not to accept or proceed with any quote offered without the need for explanation.
INTEREST FREE FINANCE
If approved and if theTerms and Conditions are met, interest free finance is only available on full priced Goods and Services that have not been discounted in any way whatsoever. See LINK for full details.
PRICE DISCOUNTS
Factory Blinds may offer price discounts from time to time.
There is to be no double dipping on discounts.
Only one discount will apply to any purchase so take the highest discount offered.
SUITABILITY FOR PURPOSE
The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that it has not and should not rely solely upon Factory Blinds and its employees for any advice as to the suitability of the Goods for any given purpose and that the Factory Blinds and its employees are not liable for any advice given.
DISPLAYS AND SAMPLES
Any display product or sample inspected by the Customer is solely for the Customer’s convenience and does not constitute a sale by sample.
RIGHTS AND ENTITLEMENTS
Factory Blinds has a long and favourable history of doing the right thing by its customers but some customers try to take unfair and/or unreasonable advantage of our good intentions. Factory Blinds will always err on the side of the customer but in the event of a dispute that cannot be settled the fall back situation will be the laws and guidelines set in place by the Australian Consumer and Competition Commission (ACCC).
